**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Strategic Solutions Intern will assist to develop creative, comprehensive, proposals and budgets for corporate marketing campaigns and supports marketing activities for our projects.

**THE WORK**

Solution Development (60%)
- Brainstorm with team members to develop event ideas and creative approaches
- Develop innovative and creative proposals that win new clients and help retain existing clients
- Develop attendee/customer journey experiences
- Through research, develop fresh insights that establish a solid foundation for proposals
- Translate these insights into strategically aligned concepts
- Maintain good communication within internal teams and with clients

Administration (40%)
- Maintain and updating company wiki and idea bank
- Updating budget and proposal templates

**THE CONNECTION**
- The Strategic Solutions Intern reports to the Strategic Solutions Team Lead. He/she will work closely with the Corporate Division, Meetings & Events, Experiential team as well as Client Sucess Team

**THE MUST HAVE**
- Fluency in Englush (both written and spoken)
- Pursuing a diploma/degree inn Business/Marketing/Communications or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills
- Possess great customer mindset and a proactive disposition
- Able to conduct research and draw information from a variety of sources and channels

**THE GOOD TO HAVE**
- Experience with Adobe photoshop or illustrator
- Video editing skills (Adobe premier/Tik-Tok)
- Photography skills
