**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the procurement of equipment and services for Research & Development Divisions
- Administer tenders and handle different types of contractual agreements
- Engage stakeholders to discuss their procurement needs
- Liaise with suppliers/contractors on procurement related matters
- Handle post-contract administrative matters
- Assist in data collation and analysis, and review of procurement policies and processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science
- Comfortable to deal with different levels from R&D project team, middle management to senior leadership group
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment and multi-task
- Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills
