Singapore MSIG Asia Pte Ltd Full time

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Cybersecurity, this role sits in the Technology Solutions department and will assist in the rollout of cybersecurity programs to our business units in Asia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the rollout of cybersecurity programs to our business units in Asia
- Provide technical consultation, direction, and solutions relating to the security of business operations, in areas such as new systems development, new package evaluations, and enhancement of existing systems
- Communicate on security issues and advisories, and propose controls required to protect our data assets
- Monitor and report on security gaps, and design effective solutions to address these gaps
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, forensic and other security risk assessments
- Formulate security response plans to enable our response to incidents
- Educate and advise on cybersecurity management in response to cyber threats
- Conduct and enhance cybersecurity awareness programmes for staff as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimally a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering and/or any other related field
- CREST / Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) / Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- At least three years of experience in cybersecurity and audit for large corporations and/or financial institutions within Asia
- Experience in penetration testing
- Working knowledge of techniques and targets used by cyber criminals
- Knowledge in using security tools for investigation, testing and assessment
- Knowledge of technology trends and security implications and directions
- Solid grasp of technical concepts, operating systems, network, database, cryptography, programming, and scripting language
- Ability to understand how a business functions and to balance security needs
- Problem solver with excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to manage and collaborate with stakeholders
- Team player
- Self-motivated to continuously learn and develop in cybersecurity trends and cybercrime techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,900.00 per month
