We seek to bridge the transition to a tokenised capital markets ecosystem by offering asset-agnostic solutions which allow interoperability between traditional and digital assets. Our clients include exchanges, banks, brokerages, and other financial institutions.

We are currently embarking on a significant growth plan to expand our business, and are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us. You will be tasked to set up and deliver automated development and maintain operational environments for our deployments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of server, storage, network, and security infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud
- Maintain and improve our CI development pipeline
- Work closely and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that we are adopting security best practices
- Develop, execute and enforce policies for system and network administration, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Ensuring the availability, performance scalability and security of production systems
- Building & releasing configuration management of production systems
- Building monitoring capabilities for existing systems
- Ensuring system security policies are properly remediated
- Research and propose emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities to enhance performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of systems, networks and infrastructure

**Requirements**:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in system, network, and infrastructure design and management
- BS/MS Degree in any relevant major (e.g. IT, Computer Science, etc) OR a proven track record in similar roles
- Hands-on experience in running and managing production systems on premise and on cloud infrastructure
- Strong fundamental knowledge of UX based platform and bash scripting
- Good understanding of networking concepts. VPC, network segmentation, ingress-egress configuration, VPN connection
- Good understanding of various virtualization and containerization technologies
- Strong command of English, both verbally and in writing

**Good to have**:

- Cloud infrastructure related certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with Grafana’s LGTM stack
- Keen interest and knowledge of trading, blockchain, or digital asset tokenization
- Experience in supporting certification audits (ISO, SOC2, etc)
