**Your mission**:
As Principle Process Application Engineer based in Singapore, you will be an important team member in our technology development team with regards to how to perform single wafer chemical processing onto semiconductor wafer using our equipment product. You will work together with a team of 4-5 members globally in different locations and report directly to Process Application Manager.
You will have a pivotal role in ensuring the Company’s products are well received by customers and ensure our customers’ long-term success by providing value-adding solutions.
The main responsibilities for the role:
1. Lab equipment readiness

2. Chemical readiness

3. Team personnel planning
- lead team for performing customer wafer demo to demonstrate Company process capabilities on customer wafers
- Optimize equipment and chemical process parameters using data collection and analysis techniques such as Design of Experiment (DOE), Total Process Control (TPC) and statistical analysis.
- Statistical analysis software such as JMP, Minitab, etc.
- Other responsibilities include:

- Equipment finetuning and adjustments
- Form creative ideas individually as well as in teams; work on research papers, publications and/or patents; prepare for technical conference & symposium
- Support documentation technical editor for above as well as equipment documentation topics
- Support Company in equipment manufacturing and development proactively and if required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

- Experience working in an internal environment dealing with international staff and culture

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree graduates, preferably Master degree, in chemical engineering, material science, mechatronics engineering or related field
- Min 5 years relevant semiconductor industry experience
- Strong communication skills - fluent in written and oral English; able to write English publications and hold oral presentation
- Well versed in using MS office
