AKA is an award-winning communications agency based in Singapore. We are made up of over 50 individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds - big agency consultants through to in-house experts.

Our team of seasoned comms professionals is skilled in delivering fully integrated brand campaigns to reach your stakeholders through the right communications channels - whether that is media relations, social media, digital marketing, strategic partnerships and/or internal communications.

We are storytellers at heart, which is why our design and production team is made up of graphic and motion designers, video producers and editors. We are skilled at working alongside our design & production team to deliver fearlessly creative responses to communications challenges - always.

We’re looking for a highly creative, passionate and detail-oriented designer with 1-2 years experience working part of a design studio or creative team.

What you will do:

- Conceptualise and design for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries, with the ability to move from one client to another
- Produce creatives in a variety of formats and channels including static and animated content such as: key visuals, infographics and motion graphics
- Design for a variety of communications touch points including print, digital, OOH, and experiential design
- Ideate, film and create short form content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Participate in group brainstorms and working sessions
- Execute the visual style of campaigns from art direction, styling and storyboarding

**Qualifications**
Required skills:

- Possess a deep understanding of layout, typography and art direction
- Confident to execute the entire creative process of a project or campaign from ideation to execution
- Able to articulate ideas clearly and confidently, including conceptual development and design thinking
- Experience in working collaboratively with account management teams, creative directors, photographers, designers and other vendors/ collaborators in bringing ideas to life
- Organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with focus on Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign is a plus.
- Strong desire to define the look and feel of what is next in creativity and design and an interest in the latest design trends, technology and social media
