**Summary**:
This position is responsible for the planning and execution of Food and Beverage Events for the company

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline
- Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus
- Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
- Fresh graduates are welcome - Well-spoken, able to interact well with external and internal stakeholders - High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail - Ability to work independently and in a team Working hours : Monday to Saturday (5.5 days work) 9.30am - 6pm (However, if there are any events after working hours, they will still have to attend to it or even on the weekends)
