**Job Scope**:
1. Oversee central kitchen bakery team

2. Prepare mousse cakes, donuts, eclairs, cream puffs, cheese cakes, sour dough, artisan cakes, tray cakes, White bread, savoury puffs, log cakes, waffles, salads and sandwiches, muffins, pastries, etc.

3. Development of seasonal cakes and pastries.

4. Experience in safe operation of commercial food service equipment, including deep fryers, ovens, cook tops and slicers.

5. Ensure production equipment and facilities are cleaned before and after production.

6. Manage online and platform orders, price marking, stock/inventory updates upon orders. Order management protocols are properly followed through.

7. Direct and supervise the production staff’s activities to make sure that products are up to standard, adhering to SFA and WSH standards.

8. Manage needed supplies and inventory levels - take part in stock take and reporting processes.

9. Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.

10. Ensure production KPIS are met on a daily basis.

11. Physically fit to carry heavy loading up to 40kg.

12. Maintain recipe standards and timely dishing out of menu items in a fast-paced environment.

13. Manage POS system entries and liaise with IT staff.

14. Reports to the Head Baker/ Operations Manager.

**Skills Required/ Soft Skills**:

- Possess strong culinary skills in dishing bakery goods in large quantities.
- Able to work long hours due to its 24 hours kitchen operations. Able to manage both day or night shifts interchangeably.
- Able to lift heavy bags (up to 40kg)

**Education Qualification**:

- Certificate in culinary skills / baking skills (or)
- High School education (or)
- More than 5 years’ experience in a baker role or related cooking/kitchen environment.

**Years of Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Strong knowledge of the Baking and Pastry Making Arts to understand the entire baking and mixing processes.
- Ability to work on different shifts
- Able to work long hours and lift heavy stuff (up to 40kg)

**Working Condition**:

- Bakery Unit in residential areas and manufacturing kitchen.
- Long hours due to long operational hours
- Physically able to stand long hours and lift heavy weights (up to 40kg)
- Hot Kitchen environment

**Specific Training Requirements**:
Basic Hygiene Cert is a must, if not we will send for training

**Remunerations**:
Annual: 7 Days Annual Leave (for first year), 14 days Medical Leave, 60 Days Hospitalisation Leave
