OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive

**What you will do**:

- Analysis vendor/subcontractor quotes, review the total cost of ownership and preparation of price comparison list prior to negotiations and award
- Negotiate with vendors/subcontractors to ensure purchase prices are below project budget. Co-ordinate with head office to issue POs (to include shipping instruction where applicable)
- To prepare and issue Variation Order (VO) to clients and to subcontractors/vendors.
- Assist Project Manager on variation orders review and discussion with clients and vendors/subcons to finalise the VOs.
- To prepare monthly progress claim to clients and ensure the cashflow are healthy by tabulating a monthly incoming vs outgoing cash forecast.
- To plan and forecast vendor claims and monitor actual claims and site progress is as per planned as well as the vendors’ invoice value against plan.
- To manage, check and certify jointly with the Project Manager on all monthly progress claims submitted by subcontractors and to issue Certificates of Payment to the respective subcontractors
- Site consumables and misc. purchases
- Assist the Project Manager to monitor and maintain site cash expenses and claims. To check and review project related claims and expenses
- Manage and check workers’ overtime claims

**What we look for**:

- Minimum 5 year experience in similar work scopes
- Degree / diploma in engineering / supply chain / QS
- Committed to complete given tasks on time, ability to work independently and taking ownerships and responsibilities on tasks that had been assigned to you
- Self-motivated and open minded with passion to challenge status quo and drive for continuous improvement
- Process good communication and interpersonal skills
