Product Implementation Specialist

**SCOPE OVERVIEW**
- Participate in the end to end implementation activities to ensure timelines/milestones are met
- Drive and support UAT and Business Requirements plans which include scope, schedules and submission with various stakeholders
- Drive the entire UAT process to support the launch for multiple new product launches, campaigns, funds onboarding and product-related projects, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (Business and IT) to ensure the Product launch is on time
- Draft product test cases/scenarios to ensure clear understanding in testing scope
- Support product testing to ensure requirements are tested successfully
- Understand product features to ensure testing scope has taken into consideration to avoid gaps
- Enforce use of best practices and frameworks for UAT management and sign off (i.e. proper test cases, defect tracking log, sign off and testing results)
- Ensure proper documentation for UAT testing results to meet quality standards and governance at all times
- Support post deployment activities (i.e. communication, business verification, proper closure)
- To support any ad-hoc tracking/implementation activities
**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in UAT testing and Business Analysis/Projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a diverse range of stakeholders and functional team
- Proactive, self-driven, positive mindset and highly adaptable to change
- Team player with an attitude to get things done
- Able to multitask and work well with tight timelines
- Knowledge in Life Insurance will be a bonus
