**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure the implementation of coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to improve performance and functionality.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and provide technical leadership on projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and development practices.

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
