**Job Objectives**:

- **Provide analysis for complex offers for contracts to address customer requirements, by meeting profitability guidelines with a manageable risk exposure**:

- **Generate commercial proposals to customers by understanding customers’ key requirements and criteria in bid process**:

- **Support & enable the Commercial team to take data-driven decisions in order to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction**:

- **Contribute to become the Centre of Excellence for all required commercial analytical requirements and drive further development & automation of the same**:
**Job Responsibilities**:

- **Generate proposals to customers by understanding customers’ key requirements and criteria in bid process**:

- **Understand and quantify the commercial consequences of meeting customer requirements (e.g., multi-year pricing, volume discounts and customised logistics)**:

- **Develop business cases, and present scenarios to the Approval Committee, recommend preferred scenarios and determine negotiation strategy (incl. bands)**:

- **Use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area and methods of improvements**:

- **Support the development and production of standardised reports / dashboards and presentations**:

- **Support all required commercial analytical requirements and drive further development & automation of the same (i.e. centre of excellence)**:

- **Conduct win-loss analysis to continuously sharpen Satair’s value proposition in the market**:

- **Drive improvements and contribute to an efficient and customer-focused Commercial Analytics Team**:
**Job Requirements**:

- **University degree in Business / Finance / Engineering preferred**:

- **Minimum 5 years' working experience in a Business Analyst role or similar**:

- **Strong numeracy skills**:

- **Ability to operate, extract and analyse data from business tools, such as but not limited to CRM and Business Intelligence software (or ability to learn and utilise it quickly)**:

- **Some basic knowledge of VBA, Python and other programming language / coding preferred **:**This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.**
