Local Unit & Position Description:
Supply Chain & Product Assurance (SCPA) in South East Asia (SEA) focuses on sustainability solutions, supply chain, digital & Product Assurance. DNV’s vision is to be a trusted voice to tackle global transformation and providing management and technical advisory, assurance services for Food, Healthcare, digital, Energy and ICT sectors, focusing on Decarbonisation, Digital Transformation and Sustainable Development.

The Assessor will be responsible for Project management, Technical Assessment, training, product development, delivery of Advisory and Assurance projects for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability assurance services in SEA.

Position Qualifications:

- Environmental Engineering or Science Master’s degree or MBA in Sustainability, Industrial Engineering.
- Relevant experience on Technical Project Delivery, Subject Matter expertise on Climate Finance, Sustainability, Supply Chain Risk Management Consultancy, assessments.
- Sustainability and ESG related work experience of **0-3 years** from sectors like mines & metals, oil & gas, power, infrastructure, pharma, real estate, shipping, chemical, services like hospitality, IT etc.
- Experience in Decarbonisation strategy and ESG advisory, exposure on international standard of sustainable development, Climate change, Energy, Water, Waste management.
- Experience in ISAE 3000 or AA1000, ISO 14064 Assurance and verification engagement would be highly desirable.
- Commercial, entrepreneurial and market developer mindset (business development, marketing and sales), efficient, independent but accountable.
- Strong interpersonal relationship capability, ability to work with a team and other stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and convince the decision makers by listening to their expectations, understanding their business model and goals, offering adapted / innovative / value added solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Strategic thinking, enthusiastic, dynamic, resilient, open to change and flexible.
