Mooring Base Supervisor

To oversee 20+ workers and yard equipment and seafront operations
- To plan and manager vessel movement within the mooring base
- To receive incoming vessels, and to determine what maintenance and repair is needed and to assign the necessary workers to the tasks required for maintenance of the vessels
- To liaise with the other supervisors to ensure that repairs are completed promptly
- To prepare the vessels for upcoming deployment or work, including ensuring adequate fuel and support material is on board the vessel prior to commencing the work.

**Requirements**:

- 5 - 10 years of experience, preferably in the marine industry
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work as a team, and take on leadership role if so required.
- Additional vocational licenses and experiences, such as crane operator license, or vessel steersman license or experience as hands-on technician or mechanic would be an added advantage.
