We’re looking for a **Product Marketing Manager, ASEAN,** to help shape Procore’s go-to-market message in the ASEAN region from the ground up. In this first-of-its-kind role, you’ll join our growing APAC Marketing team, focusing on audience and solutions marketing.
As a **Product Marketing Manager, ASEAN**, you’ll become an expert in the construction industry by diving deep into our buyer segments, connecting with customers and prospects, and digesting market intelligence and research. This position will report to our APAC Product Marketing Lead and will be based in our Singapore office. International travel may be required, specifically in the ASEAN territories, when borders reopen and travel safety improves. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
**What you’ll do**:
- Be the voice of Procore’s customers in ASEAN and the regional audience expert for construction/construction tech to the rest of the Procore business
- Develop an expert understanding of Procore’s current and future buyers, their pains, and how our solutions can help
- Work closely with the ASEAN Campaign team to develop effective campaigns by providing clear audience segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging
- Provide the ASEAN Sales team with talk tracks, pitch decks, content, and assets they need to convert prospects into customers
- Enable internal and external stakeholders, such as PR agencies, content creators, and creative agencies, with messaging guidance
- Partner with your colleagues in the Global Product and Solutions Marketing team to identify product/solution requirements for the ASEAN region, localise product content, and own the local product release roadmap regarding prioritisation and messaging
- Continuously monitor revenue funnel metrics to identify where and why Procore is winning and losing and how to improve conversion rates
**What we’re looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of solid B2B product marketing experience, SaaS domain expertise is a plus
- Enviable track record of successfully leading go-to-market programmes in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and another Asian language is highly desirable (Mandarin/Bahasa/Malay)
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data to understand key customer problems and translate insights into targeted marketing plans
- Customer-centric strategic mindset with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach
- Ability to motivate stakeholders and sell ideas through creative and innovative presentations to obtain buy-in
- Self-driven with exceptional project management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Quick learner with an eagerness to gain a rapid understanding of the construction software industry
- Adaptable and able to react quickly to constantly changing market dynamics
- Ability to work in Singapore
