Our warehouse is the operational heart of our business — fulfilling daily e-commerce orders, preparing retail and bulk shipments, and managing goods flow across Singapore and the region.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team. You will be responsible for receiving inventory from suppliers, packing online orders for e-commerce customers, preparing carton shipments for retail stores and supermarkets, and maintaining accurate stock records. This is a hands-on role in a temperature-controlled environment that demands efficiency, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. E-commerce Order Fulfillment**
- Pick, pack, and label daily online orders (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify)
- Ensure accurate SKU picking and packing to prevent customer returns
- Use packing lists and courier labels to prepare parcels for collection
- Meet daily cut-off times for courier pickups

**2. Retail & B2B Fulfillment**
- Pack carton orders for retailers, pharmacies, gyms, and supermarkets
- Prepare bulk shipments to key accounts and regional warehouses
- Palletize and label shipments as required for outbound logistics

**3. Goods Receiving & Inventory**
- Receive, inspect, and verify goods from local and overseas suppliers
- Update stock records accurately (manual or via inventory system)
- Report any discrepancies or damages to the operations lead
- Assist in regular cycle counts and stocktakes

**4. Warehouse Maintenance & Team Support**
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse
- Support unloading/loading of delivery vehicles
- Assist with ad-hoc warehouse tasks and inventory transfers
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor and logistics team to improve efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred (especially in e-commerce or FMCG)
- Able to work on your feet and lift cartons (up to ~15kg)
- Attention to detail and consistency in packing and labeling
- Basic computer or scanner literacy is an advantage
- Forklift license is a plus but not required
- Punctual, responsible, and a team player

**Working Hours & Location**:

- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Based at: 194 Pandan Loop, Singapore 128383
- Occasional weekend work during peak periods (e.g. sales campaigns, new launches)
