As a **Course Consultant**, you will play a pivotal role in driving enrolments and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and parents. Working closely with the **Campus Manager**, you will be responsible for **sales, admin support, and customer engagement**to ensure the smooth operation of our education centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:
Proactively follow up on sales leads and convert inquiries into enrolments.
Conduct effective sales pitches by familiarizing prospects with course benefits and curriculum.
Tailor course recommendations to meet individual customer needs and learning objectives.
- **Administrative Support**:
Assist in student registration, enrolment processes, and payment coordination.
Maintain accurate database records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Collect and review customer feedback to enhance service quality and sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**:
Liaise with the **Campus Manager**to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Support marketing efforts (e.g., open houses, education fairs) to boost brand visibility.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates with a **proactive, sales-driven mindset**are encouraged.
- Prior experience in **sales, customer service, or education**is a **plus**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet targets.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
