- Bartending Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in cocktail preparation techniques, including shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering.
- Beverage Knowledge: Have an in-depth knowledge of various spirits, wines, and beers, as well as their flavor profiles and ideal pairings.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- A friendly and outgoing personality

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Bar operations
- Knowledge of cocktails, liquors, spirits, and wine
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, willingness to learn, and creativity
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
