**About Our Client**:
The client is a renowned MNC in the Maritime sector. They are the world's leading ESG focused digital Maritime platform that places focus on global safety, sustainability and social responsibility.

Job scope will revolve around 3 main umbrellas - Communications, Marketing, and Website Management

Communications:
Enabling both internal and external communications, which involve:

- Generating electronic direct mail (EDM) messages using Pardot for customers and the industry.
- Managing client's LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube profiles, including creating social media content and engaging with followers.
- Engaging with customers through the Intercom messenger and Help Centre.
- Organizing webinars for customers and the industry using Zoom webinar platform.
- Assisting in the creation of media articles for online and print publications and compiling coverage reports.
- Aiding in the development and editing of reports and whitepapers.
- Coordinating client's conferences and customer/industry contact events.
- Arranging staff events, such as office milestones and farewells.
- Coordinating carbon offset sponsorships with South Pole Group and event organizers.

Marketing:
Managing the development of brand and marketing/promotional material for the client, which includes:

- Creating demonstration and promotional videos.
- Designing conference and event materials such as stand designs, banners, lens cloths, flyers, flags, etc.
- Supervising the creation of digital and print advertising assets.
- Providing assistance with database management.
- Assisting in conducting customer and industry surveys using Survey Gizmo.

Website Management:
Managing the client's website on Droopal including:

- Content creation & maintenance
- Co-ordinating translations
- Troubleshooting bugs & errors
- Organising ongoing website maintenance with developer
- SEO
- Reporting & analysis

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Ability to work in fast-paced and high pressure scenarios.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet to ensure that event continues to run smoothly despite hiccups.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders globally.
