1. Familiar with autocad and design and build environment plans. Produce building CAD drawings.

2. Produce design drawings for relevant departmental submissions.

4. Coordinate with appointed builders to comply with approved plans. Generate building construction drawings and detailings.

5. You will be trained to do Submissions to departments for residential/commercial projects upon mastering the foundations of the job. After which you will be able to explore and venture into residential projects too.

6. Coordinating and liaising with appointed QP, architects, engineers, builders and etc.

It will be a very good stepping stone into the industry. You will be groomed and trained in a comfortable environment. We prioritise Work life balance and flexibility.
