We are seeking a highly skilled **IT OT Project Manager** to join our team. In this key role, you will lead and deliver **IT and OT infrastructure projects and services**, ensuring they are reliable, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with global IT teams, local stakeholders, and external service providers to manage infrastructure demand and drive project success lan, execute, and deliver IT/OT infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage the site’s infrastructure demand and project portfolio, prioritizing local requests and global initiatives.
- Represent the site in Infrastructure CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings, ensuring scope and impact assessments are well-defined.
- Develop comprehensive project charters, including objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Oversee all project phases: design, implementation, testing, and transition to operations.
- Act as the primary contact for infrastructure matters (data centers, networks, end-user devices, client management).
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate key meetings (kick-offs, status updates, reviews).
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and report cost variances.
- Maintain accurate documentation (plans, status reports, post-implementation reviews).
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing IT and OT infrastructure projects (data center, networking, end-user services, or cloud).
- Experience in Life-Science industry is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, ITIL-based processes).
- Proven success delivering complex IT/OT infrastructure solutions.
- Expertise in budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating with global IT teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with IT/OT security and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; ITIL certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English
