**Responsibilities**:

- Support annual audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Document and map current business processes related to compliance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of compliance-related initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in compliance and business analysis.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the tech/SaaS space
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with risk management and audit processes
- Having experience in supporting audits, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC2 Type 2, is a plus
