**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Grip/Camera Operator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills in the media production industry. While experience is a bonus, attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

**Key Responsibilities**

1.⁠ ⁠Camera Operations:

- Assist with setting up and operating cameras during shoots.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of camera equipment.
- Support the Director of Photography and senior crew members as needed.

2.⁠ ⁠Grip Work:

- Set up and adjust lighting and rigging equipment to meet shoot requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to build, position, and dismantle equipment safely and efficiently.

3.⁠ ⁠Equipment Management:

- Ensure all equipment is neat, organised, and in good working condition.
- Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

4.⁠ ⁠Collaboration and Initiative:

- Take initiative to propose ideas or improvements during pre-production, shoots, and post-production processes.
- Work seamlessly as part of a team to ensure smooth production workflows.

5.⁠ ⁠Learning and Development:

- Be open to learning new skills and techniques on the job.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements.

- Basic understanding of camera and production equipment.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take initiative and offer thoughtful suggestions.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of grip and camera work.
