We’re looking for a passionate **Restaurant Manager**who thrives in nature-inspired settings, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

This role is perfect if you value work-life balance - our café operates from **9am to 6pm**daily, with a **fixed rest day on Mondays**so you can recharge.

What You’ll Do

**As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll**:

- Report directly to the Group Entity Manager.
- Lead with initiative, energy, and positivity.
- Oversee smooth daily operations on shifts.
- Uphold standards of punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness according to company guidelines.
- Manage outlet systems, schedules, payroll, and inventory.
- Foster a positive culture for both staff and customers.
- Maintain a clean and organised café space.
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service.
- Guide and mentor staff to maintain SOPs.
- Solve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Supervise FOH duties including ordering, serving, greeting guests, and POS operations.
- Handle opening and closing procedures.
- Identify and report work hazards, inconsistencies, and machine breakdowns.
- Be the **role model of service excellence**during your shift.
- Oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
- Manage appraisals and performance reviews for the outlet.
