**Job Summary**
Responsible for the provision of full spectrum of the payroll, collection and customer service functions under Grant payment services. To ensure that services delivered adhere to the stipulated policies, guidelines and KPIs.
**Responsibilities**:
- To ensure achievement of operational goals and key performance indicators stated in Service Level Agreement(SLA)
- To manage public relations for the centre by planning, executing and maintaining an effective communication programme via the various channels, e.g. dialogues, briefings, Internet, Intranet static information, newsletters and handbooks to shape the behaviour of customers.
- Prepare and analyse statistical reports on a regular basis.
- Analyse customers’ feedback and recommend areas of improvements and solutions.
- Manage service partners’ performance and investigate late payments to ensure timeliness and accuracy of payments.
- Lead, coach, train and develop employees within her teams, to their fullest potential.
- Investigate any non-conformances to SLA to facilitate corrective and preventive action.
- Review, streamline and implement solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to plan and manage projects assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years relevant work experience at Assist MGR or MGR level with experience in leading a team
