Role:

- To be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of short to medium term plans to ensure the achievement of objectives related to assigned projects.
- The job-holder is responsible for prioritising multiple
- activities using both internal and external resources for execution of Projects
- To solve complex problems, sometimes in the face of limited or vague information, that may affect multiple disciplines and departments.
- Problem solving may require rigorous quantitative engineering analysis culminating in team and peer review before a solution is resolved.
- Required to lead incident and accident investigations.
- To regularly communicate and influence internally at all site levels and with external engineering and construction contractors of various disciplines, suppliers and regulators related to project matters.
- Lead/participate in hazard studies and process hazard reviews including carrying out risk assessments with assigned plant areas.
- The role requires significant engineering acumen to identify areas for improvement and to generate original
- thinking in design and development.
- The job holder is expected to approach tasks with creativity, flair and continual improvement.
- To work under the direction of his line manger, often without referral. Decisions are made in relation to specific situations and may be inherently complex in nature.

Requirement:

- Min Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Min 3 years’ experience in Process Design and Project Management.
- Project Management skills to a high level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload with competing priorities
