Investor Relations Analyst

Our client is an international Private Equity Real Estate platform, with track-record in managing over US20billion funds under management.
This is an Analyst/Senior Analyst role within the investor relations team, supporting the senior team in product development, ongoing capital raising and indirect marketing efforts. You will be involved in the following key responsibilities:
- Assist in the Preparation of marketing materials, addressing capital partners’ due diligence questions, organising meetings and road shows, supporting negotiations and preparation of fund documentation
- Assist in team efforts to research, target, develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential capital partners
- Assist in maintaining centralised oversight of the investment management business including investment performance monitoring and analysis, investor reporting, governance and returns bench marking
- Contribute to the investment management strategy through research and market intelligence, including keeping current on competitive and regulatory landscape and best practices
**Requirements**:
You will have 1-5 years experience in Real Estate corporate finance/fund raising/Investor Relations role. You would ideally have prior experience in fund structuring and project management. You will be someone resourceful, hands-on and committed to delivering results, with the ability to prioritize and respond well to changing circumstances and tight timelines. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and experienced in financial analysis and modelling.
