**Summary**:

- Part of the Group HRIS team to implement and support HRIS Transformation Project, moving from SAP on-premise to a SuccessFactors solution.
- Support day-to-day activities of maintaining HRIS after the transition to SuccessFactors.
- Work as part of PMO team to execute the project management plan subsequent phases of the project. The role will work collaboratively across all institutions and use HRIS as the technology enabler to achieve workforce transformation objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day activities of maintaining SuccessFactors solution post Go-LIVE
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and perform regular assessments to refine the system design
- Facilitate discussions on system processes, harmonizing and aligning meet business requirements
- Work closely with IHiS and Systems Integrator (SI) to plan, design and execute the project plans for subsequent phases of project
- Take an active role in identifying risks and managing support issues including escalation and resolution
- Ad-Hoc HR Projects

**Requirement**:

- A recognized degree with 5 or more years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Proven success in previous HR Systems implementation projects
- Experience with SuccessFactors implementation/support is a must
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
