We are looking for Operatinal Assistant Manager. For more details, please refer to the description below,

**Education**:mininum Diploma equivalent

**Experience**:1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Food and Beverage industry will be an advantage

**Key Responsibilities
- Work, and build positivie relationships, with external suppliers to ensure the good reputation in Food and Beverage industry, and receives the service required to ensure that the operational Food and Beverage team can deliver the highest quality product.
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure correct stock levels are available from the distributor, to assist the operation for Korean restaurant
- Ensure the safety and hygine standard
- Review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are carried out
- Maintain optimal level of sanitary procedures for all food handling and maintain neat and clean serving as well as kitchen area and ensure optimal quality of all food preparation

**Skills**
- Microsoft Excel expert
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of high standard
- Self-driven, hands-on and motivated
- Project management experience would be highly desirable
