**Key Role and Responsibilities**:
Responsible for system administrative works and data steward tasks for daily operation.
- Responsible for Change Management practices in line with Technical Lead technical approval, impact analysis, communication and documentation of the change.
- In align with Group IT Security policy/procedure, follow required practices across company organization.
- Support IT/System users in 4 APAC countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand)
- Target System:

- NTT Ltd Group level including but not limited to Salesforce, ERP (Peoplesoft or SAP), Azure and Office 365 incl. Teams/SharePoint
- GDC APAC own IT level including but not limited to ServiceNow, NTT DATA MY developed Billing System (Web Server + Oracle DB Server run on Windows Server OS on Physical IA Server).
- Target Security including but not limited to LAN/Wi-Fi, Firewall (INTERNET/DMZ/Internal segmented VLANs), SSL-VPN, IPS/IDS, EDR : End Point Detection and Response (CrowdStrike), Vulnerability Management for Server and Client (Qualys), SIEM Log Management (Splunk).

In ServiceNow implementation phase, support technical tasks in coop with Technical Lead, External ServiceNow Professional Support Vendor Technicians, and internal users in various internal teams. (such as Sales Admin, Product, Delivery, Operation, etc. in 4 APAC countries. Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand.)
- Data creation/preparation from existing self-developed ITSM system or off-system files to ServiceNow platform.
- Testing ServiceNow out-of-box functions like CMDB, Incident, Request.
- Integration ServiceNow and external systems, CMDB Data Import/Export, Case (Ticket) e-bonding scripted REST API, Integration Hub, MID Server.

As a supportive member, support Business Analysis and Project Management tasks led by IT Director and Technical Lead Engineer in whole Company IT domain. (such as Opportunity, Quotation, Order, Delivery, Customer Support, Finance, and Data Center Asset Management/Capacity Management/Performance Management/CMMS, Customer Portal including Telemetry, INTRANET Portal, etc.)
Also, support Roadmap lifecycle of all the systems in scope to drive decision making in compliance with NTT Limited Group, GDC Global/APAC directions. Conduct standardization efforts across GDC APAC to support internal teams.

- SAP and PeopleSoft ERP System in Finance Management
- Self-developed Billing Management System
- Microsoft Azure/SharePoint/Power BI, etc

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevan

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and ITIL based operation in IT Service Provider Industry
- ServiceNow ITSM/CSM Implementation/Rollout/Maintenance/Administration
- SharePoint Implementation/Rollout/Maintenance/Administration
- Local Area Network (Wired/Wi-Fi)
- Server: Azure/ESXi, Windows/Linux OS, Web Server, E-mail (SMTPS)
- End Point: End User Computing (Windows Laptop PC), Mobile Devices (MDM/BYOD)
- Firewall, SSL-VPN, Server and End Point Security (CrowdStrike, Qualys)
- Ability to work and collaborate with teams from several business areas/functions in facilitating projects
