Fp&a Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Binance group level monthly closing, end to end quarterly forecast/annual budget process
- Working closely with the Finance Business Partnering (FBP) team, understand the key assumptions and business drivers
- Responsible for group level consolidation (10+BU, 20+Central functions), with expectation to innovate/improve the process
- Partner with central function teams, provide business insights, drive cost efficiencies and identify areas of risk/opportunities. You will also participate in cross business decisions and ensure a strong commercial finance presence
- Provide financial insights and scenario analysis from various aspects (cross BU/functions, internal/external, etc)
- Propose improvement to processes and reporting, pilot tools to optimize business, incl. continuous improvement, development of new/existing systems
- Cross team collaborations such as accounting/ FBP/ regional finance/ Tech & Big data teams; lead/support on various projects, particularly in reporting automation & digitalisation, process improvement
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

**Requirements**:

- 7+ experience in finance (e.g. FP&A, FBP), with proven experience in similar FP&A role, which involves end-end forecasting/budgeting cycle and group level consolidation; previous experience in accounting/financial reporting will be a plus
- Ability to lead project and drive progress forward
- Proven record of working with non-finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with commercial sense, ability to learn quickly, grasp key business drivers
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for accurate, high-quality work
- Hardcore, flexible, a self-starter, with high sense of urgency, ability to multitask and work under pressured timelines
- Professional in PowerPoint/Google Slides and use of graphical displays of data for executive presentations
- Has team spirits but also work well as an individually (this role is an individual contributor with potential to grow)
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or qualified accountant -ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc
