Hardware & Device Support
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues including faulty RAM, hard drives, and power supplies.
- Maintain asset inventory and manage the lifecycle of IT equipment.
2. Network Support
- Monitor network performance and ensure consistent uptime.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP configurations, and VPN access.
3. Software & System Support
- Install and update operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Perform patch management and ensure timely software updates.
4. Security & Access Control
- Manage user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Implement and maintain access controls and user permissions.
- Monitor systems for security threats including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access.
- Support endpoint protection tools such as antivirus and EDR solutions.
5. Helpdesk & User Support
- Respond to IT support tickets and service requests.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
- Document issues and resolutions using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Train users on basic IT practices and commonly used tools.
- Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support.
Experience: 1-3 Years.
