We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to support the early-stage definition of a new digital payment service by shaping business concepts into clear requirements and initial business requirement documents. This role involves defining requirements, writing user stories, coordinating with development teams, and validating new features through UAT. Strong knowledge of payment systems, APIs, and compliance is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and specifications.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, supporting backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Plan and execute UAT to ensure features meet requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders across product, tech, UX, and compliance teams.
- Provide expertise on payment processes, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in digital payment products, e-wallets, and card processing
- Knowledge of API integration and high-availability payment platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and payment-related regulations.

**Note**:

- Full-time Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 6,500 (depending on the experience level)
- We are also open to considering a part-time contract arrangement, with terms and conditions to be discussed accordingly.
- This role will initially be offered as a fixed-term contract and may be renewed or converted to a permanent position based on business needs.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
