Corporate Planning Group's Foundry Technology Engineering team is looking for bright, motivated individuals. Foundry Technology Engineering (FTE) is part of the Global External Manufacturing and Sourcing group who is responsible for driving external manufacturing technical engagements. As a member of the External EDA/IP Strategy and Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to work with external vendors and cross division partners across Intel. The position requires you to use your EDA technical expertise and combine that with Foundry, packaging, EDA and IP ecosystem knowledge and business acumen to drive innovative initiatives. Individuals can enhance their networking capabilities, strategic thinking, technical expertise, and program management skills. You will have access to technology process, advanced packaging, advanced test/sort and product NPI experts within FTE. In this role, responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Lead technical engineering programs for 3DIC EDA enablement related initiatives - Focus on advanced technology processes and mixed foundry enablement activities - Monitor EDA vendors' 3DIC design offerings, capabilities, and roadmaps - Work with SoC teams to align on EDA strategy and requirements - Drive EDA vendors to meet Intel's project and testchip needs

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $156,410.00-$250,410.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
**In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
