As we are driving growth by running ads, we want to drive sustainable growth by building content and drive organic traffic. As the **SEO Content Specialist**, you will have full ownership of the content research, creation, production & distribution phases to grow our SEO:

- **Content planning aligning to SEO and keyword strategy.** We would like to quantify our content efforts on data, and one impact is to drive SEO traffic and revenue. You will be able to quantify your work, amplify the impact of your work aligning towards SEO insights and strategy. You will come up with the content plan that will impact SEO and business.
- **Conduct research to be able to deliver relevant content. **To make an impact on SEO, content needs to be relevant, interesting and give additional value to the users. You would need to come up with topics that are interesting and relevant to users, and you would need to be an expert in those topics. You will be expected to constantly come up with innovative ideas.
- **Content creation with consistent tone of voice and aligning to our brand.** Quality over quantity is true in SEO content, you will set a high bar of standard in terms of content. With our brand guideline and tone of voice, you will need to deliver content with consistent quality and good aesthetics on the website.
- **Drive content production pipeline with good planning. **Consistent content production will be a key to SEO success. You will need to build a pipeline of content articles by managing your time and resources, collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure production and deliverables are according to plan.
- **Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver and distribute the content.** The content will only be valuable when it's delivered on our website, or distributed via our social media or CRM channels. You will build a process to collaborate with different stakeholders to deliver and distribute the content
- **Monitor the impact of content, optimize and improve content based on data.** Content improvement is an ongoing process, and the key is to base decisions on data. You will be able to understand what content tends to work better, come up with hypotheses and validate and improve. Through the process, you will be able to understand our customers better.
- **Contribute to the customer profiling and content strategy. **As you drive the content cycle, you will understand better our customers, what interest them and what converts them. With the analysis and insights, you would be able to contribute to customer profiling, which will help to inform our content strategy.

**The Perfect profile**:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in writing for a brand
- Studied arts, social science, communications, business, or other related majors
- You love to write and are an excellent writer
- Curious about customer behaviors and empathize with the customers
- Creative mindset and constant outside-the-box thinking.
- Interested in furniture and excited about building a well-loved consumer brand
- Experience in translating insights and strategies into creative ideas and solutions
- A strong communicator and collaborator working with multiple teams to drive impact.
- You care about the details and set higher standards for what we show to customers
- The content we will publish will need to be not only insightful but beautiful. We are looking for people with a high bar for aesthetics
- You are comfortable gathering relevant data, making informed decisions based on data.
