Assist to achieve student targets set for the Marketing Division by providing in office support to the marketing group.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the enrolment record sheet for the India marketing region and provide management reports on the performance of individual markets and provide ad-hoc reports as required
- Plan, execute and participate in recruitment fairs/seminars and events as assigned
- Arrange for student passes to be issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority
- Provide clerical and marketing support
- Liaise with JCU Singapore’s agents and maintain the approved agent list
- Ensure the compliance to EduTrust in the recruitment activities performed

**Key selection criteria**
- Undergraduate degree or polytechnic diploma with 2 years’ relevant experience
- Experience at tasks which are methodical and require high accuracy
- Experience in communicating with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds
- Work as a team member supporting other team members especially in times of high workload
- Ability to work in a diligent, organized, proactive and methodical manner
- Ability to analyse and interpret information against a given set of criteria

Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
