Lecturer / Communication Design (Branding and 3D/Motion Design)

- Mould young minds via inspiring lectures and tutorials, student consultations, supervision of assignments and projects which sit on the intersection of technology and design
- Design quality lessons through engaging teaching and learning strategies and methods, exploiting technology wherever possible, to promote learning
- Play an active role in ensuring a rigorous curriculum through careful crafting of learning content and assessments
- Actively engage with industry and professional bodies to stay abreast of and be responsive to changing trends in the profession and the evolving educational landscape
- Be mindful of and address the diverse learning needs of students in class and implement ways to holistically develop the potential of students through a range of interventions
- Promote skills upgrading amongst working adults through development and facilitation of professional workshops and continuing education training programmes

[What we are looking for]

If you have what it takes to be a lecturer with the following expertise, we would love to hear from you.
- Well-versed with the process of brand strategy which includes conducting research and identifying market trends, competitors, and consumer insights; also with translating brand strategy into compelling visual designs that effectively convey a brand's values, personality, and positioning
- A brand guardian who is aware of the importance of brand equity and its impact on business success
- Passionate and fluent in branding design, with a portfolio showing mastery and excellent grasp of logo creation, visual identity, typography, infographics and colour principles
- Adept at developing and maintaining brand experience through various physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency across all communication and marketing materials
- An expert in creating compelling motion graphics and 3D animations that enhance brand storytelling and elevate user experiences
- Highly competent with graphic creation and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Cinema 4D
- Able to show a proven track record of broad creative experience, having overseen creative projects from conception to production

Capabilities in the following areas will be advantageous:

- Has experience conceptualising digital engagement strategies, and developing social media content and campaigns
- Skilled in facilitating transformation workshops to help guide stakeholders through brand strategy discussions and align their vision with the brand's objectives
