**Senior Analyst, Business Analytics**

**What the day will look like**
- Partner with the business to deliver value-added insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making
- Lead country deployments of Growth Operations Analytics team initiatives:

- Own 2-4 countries’ relationships which may involve team’s full suite of products.
- Project manage initiatives with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure delivery of results within stipulated timelines
- Partner with local country to source data inputs, address data quality challenges and determine configuration requirements
- Work with internal and global team members to implement recommendations towards a positive and sustainable outcome.
- Conceptualize solutions, roll out and test products, and work with countries to ensure the solution is tailored.
- Translate end user requests into technical requirements for our development team
- Support development of new analytical tools through design, testing and implementation
- Data management and Model delivery:

- Identify data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, account management and operational processes
- Translate data into insights that drives targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional data analytics colleagues to improve Aon’s internal data analytics service platform tools
- Other duties assigned

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Degree in Business, Finance or analytical-related fields and minimum 4-6 years of working experience in related field
- Aspires to grow into a business analytics consultant; this is not under a career track of a data scientist
- Have experience in managing senior stakeholders and/or business partnering
- Team player, analytical, problem-solving, critical and innovative thinking skills
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL/VBA and the ability to use data visualization tools such as Power BI would be advantageous.
