**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the category end-to-end, overseeing all aspects of its operations and growth.
- Drive the onboarding of high-quality professionals to meet demand forecasts.
- Identify and solve structural problems to expedite the category's growth.
- Manage analytical projects aimed at solving various types of business problems.
- Be responsible for the financial health of the assigned category, owning the entire P&L.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology and product to execute multiple category and central level projects.
- Maintain a strong understanding of key trends within the industry and a high awareness of the competitive landscape.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Bachelor's degree is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong bias for action, willingness to execute and hustle to get the job done
- Strong business acumen and P&L management skills.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools to drive business insights and actions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at solving ambiguous problems, and highly focused on outcomes.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
