**Company Description**

As a trainee at Nika.eco, you will experience and gain insights at the rapid pace of innovation and changes at the start-up, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and adapt. You’ll be immersed in the daily operations of the company. This hands-on opportunity will involve working with a large amount of user data, sales pipeline and content generation. Your work will improve the public view of Nika.eco as the leading nature tech startup in Singapore, aka the climate finance hub of Asia. This foundation will then empower the research and development (R&D) team of Nika.eco to offer more efficients models for carbon biomass estimation, forest change extents, biodiversity impacts and carbon footprint etc that serve as compulsory data analytics in nature projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage sales pipeline in existing Airtable
- Facilitate Head of marketing for post generation
- Improve company LinkedIn outreach
- Build automation tools in Python for above purposes and beyond
- Assist in the various aspects of product development

**Learning Outcomes**
- Different ways of using generative AI to automate manual workflows
- Improved workflow that can be translated into other job functions, after working alongside best sales from Amazon Web Services
- Gain insights to various aspects of start-up while dipping your feet in various departments

**Qualifications**
- A-level/Diploma holders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Internship, Student job
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per month
