**Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Operations and Strategic Development to lead our e-commerce initiatives focused on home living products. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic direction of our operations, product development, and marketing efforts to elevate our brand presence and drive sales growth in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape. You will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain and procurement processes, leading the development of innovative home living products that resonate with our target audience, and executing impactful marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, a passion for home living products, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business goals.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Design, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in e-commerce operations, product development, and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in e-commerce operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and fulfillment, preferably within the home living products sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in product development, with a focus on identifying market trends, conceptualizing innovative product concepts, and bringing them to market successfully.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze e-commerce trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving business performance and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for home living products and a deep understanding of consumer preferences and trends in the home furnishings and decor market.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage budgets effectively.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for market research, product launches, and industry events.
