Responsibilities:

- Design and develop world-class integration and test automation infrastructure for DNA sequencing devices and cloud platform
- Ensure end to end customer workflows delivered with high quality to bring high-value products to market
- Leverage expertise in investigation and resolution of technical problems in collaboration with various software team
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and evaluate the applicability of new software technologies to the latest platform integration infrastructure
- Drive innovation at a software product level and contributes ideas to software road mapping
- Comfortable working in an Agile team environment

Required Education Background:

- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of SOA, software security architecture, REST APIs, and other architectural patterns
- Experience designing and implementing software quality patterns and practices (continuous integration, static analysis, unit testing, integrated testing)
- Proficient with source control management repositories (such as GIT, SVN, etc.) and CM practices
- Familiarity with programming languages such as - C#, Python, Java and JavaScript
- Experience writing scripts in bash or other scripting language is required
- Experience with CI/CD, Continuous Testing and related tools is preferred
- Experience of using container and cloud technologies such as AWS EC2 and S3, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Karate
- Demonstrated success in collaborating in a fast-paced team environment and delivering high-quality software products
- Be curious, detail oriented, and analytical, with a proven ability to learn quickly
- Good verbal and written communication and troubleshooting skills
