**Overview of the Role**
Wavemaker Singapore is currently looking for a Social & Content Strategist to join its Social & Content team. Our team is rapidly growing, so you should be comfortable and flourish in a deeply dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be key point of contact for accounts across both internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, you are passionate and driven individual with experience managing social media content strategy, creative conceptualisation, reporting and production.
**Reporting of the Role**
This role reports to the Social and Content Director, Wavemaker Singapore.

**Measures of Success**
In three months:
- Establish a strong working relationship across multiple clients in varied business verticals with support from the business team
- Gain good understanding of client and internal media teams’ business processes and functions
- Build rapport with the content team’s business and creative units to ensure a high quality of work output
In six months:
- Ability to interpret, extract, and recommend insights from social media content data though regular reporting
- Able to provide strategic input and counsel to both clients and internal partner teams
- Contribute to new business opportunities
In twelve months:
- Identify and lead new business and content opportunities with strategic solutions across client accounts
- Position self as a thought leader and advisor for all things content and social media strategy related for both clients and internal partner teams
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Craft and implement social media content strategies for clients
- Breaking down complex briefs into coherent, concise, and compelling content strategies for pitches and proposals
- Unearth consumer insights and content trends to implement into content strategies
- Develop content measurement framework and strategies, and analyse data to optimise content strategies
- Contribute to the execution and presentation of new business opportunities
- Collaborating with creatives, business, and performance units to solve content challenges and discover opportunities for clients
- integrating content strategy and time-specific brand campaigns to drive campaign goals or build brand affinity
- Extract data-based social media & content recommendations and execute accordingly
**What you will need**:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising/content related field, preferably with agency experience
- Experience in managing relationships across multiple clients in varied business verticals
- Background in social media account management, content strategy and copywriting
- Capability to understand, interpret and formulate insights from social media data
- Basic understanding of paid social media process and metrics.
- Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities
