**Delivery Driver, Full-Time**

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver customer’s orders to their door on time and in full
- Ensure all customer orders are delivered in a way that ensures complete customer satisfaction - deliver all orders with a smile
- Work with our warehouse team to ensure on time departure
- Work with our customer service team to ensure any early or late deliveries are logged and customers are contacted accordingly
- Accurate completion of all paperwork (physical or on delivery app)
- Ensure our fleet of vans are kept clean and tidy
- If required, to support our warehouse team for short periods of time

**Required Skills & Experience**
- A passion for driving, meeting people & working in a small, fast-paced, constantly changing food retail environment
- A valid driver’s license
- Customer focused - ability to speak English clearly
- Able to use delivery apps to confirm delivery timings
- Rostered either morning or afternoon shifts, 5.5 days/week, OT paid
- Physically fit - the role will require lifting, picking and carrying crates
- Of benefit: a good knowledge of Singapore’s road network

**Other Important Information**
- Chiller truck is not allowed to drive home
- Cash card and fuel is provided
- Uniform (polo shirt) is provided
