You will be driving your own sales pipeline while you elevate the experience of our customers on their own leather restoration experience.
**Commission and Performance**: this position will have a base pay but will be strongly driven by commission on your own performance. This way, we align the success of the company with your amazing performance and a very competitive rewards system.
Help us make our customers be happy
Your responsibilities will be plentiful and fruitful and from our marketing team you will receive the profiles of customers who have shared their interest to start their restoration experience.
Customer Experience: as you guide our customers through the process, your mission will be to offer them the most complete information and support that best suits their needs. You are commended to connect empathetically and make their experience truly differential.
Teamwork: You will be asked to work with the rest of the team to identify key challenges in
(1) the customer engagement process
(2) operations understanding
(3) marketing messaging to customers
Training: as you grow within the organization you will be expected to share your knowledge with the less experienced team members. We progress as a team and you will receive and hopefully will share.

**We'd love to see you have**:
At least 1+ years of experience in sales, ideally in a company that offered services.
Experience in Leather and/or Fashionwill be a very nice plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill sets, you will be talking to our team and our customers non-stop
Language ability in English is needed, Manadrin are always a plus
Positive attitude in fast-paced circumstances and a strong team player working with excellent teammates.
Are curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality
