**About the Company**:

**Job Responsibilities:
- Takes a proactive role in maintaining SuperPark Singapore’s guest service standards.
- Keep safety as the priority focus while hosting/engaging our guests in a variety of activities, programs and/or learning journeys.
- Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations via face-to-face, mobile, or other digital communication channels.
- Be prepared to assume various lead roles in the park, including and not limited to Party Host, Program Host, Camp Leader and/or Super Camp Supervisor. On-Job-Training and Skills training will be provided prior deployment.
- Support Sales & Marketing team to promote our park's portfolio by actively participating in planning meetings, new product and/or program launches and seek to value add to the overall delivery and customer experience enhancement. Also proactively seek to promote and sell park merchandise in response to guests' needs.
- Complete housekeeping assignments including and not limited to general cleanliness of crew and guest areas, safety checks on all equipment and facilities per the SOP and upkeeping of the overall play park ambience.
- Work with the Assistant Park Manager to optimize resources deployment, set priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- All other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Job Requirements:
- Min 3 years’ experience in attractions / tourism/ hospitality environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different complexity simultaneously
- Flexible, self - starter, dynamic
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
