**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve excellent sales results on a monthly basis, whilst ensuring a professional and high quality customer experience in all interaction
- Support cross selling activities to maximise enrollment opportunities
- Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the programmes, addressing the needs of prospective parents and their children
- Accountable for closely following up on all sales leads within the service level agreement to achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate and meet-up with parents pre/post trials, initial lessons and conduct centre tours as requested
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and their children at our centres
- Work closely with other Julia Gabriel Centre stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities and objectives to ensure enrolment growth
- Take ownership of any assigned tasks within the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of enrolment processes

**Qualifications**
- GCE 'O’ / ’A’ Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry
- 5 days’ work week (Including double weekends)
- Bilingual proficiency to liaise with Chinese speakers
- Experience with CRM, in sales, and customer service
- Passion for sales and eagerness to learn.
- Motivated to achieve and surpass enrollment targets
- Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality, skilled at engaging diverse customers
- Background in sales, marketing, or related fields will be advantageous
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Product and customer system management training will be provided. Sales commission scheme is offered as part of the remuneration package.
