**Operations/ Store Assistant**

**Job Descriptions & Responsibilities: -**
- Prepare documents and stock for delivery;
- Pick, pack and ship orders from online platforms;
- Receive, check, label and store incoming stock;
- Replenish stock promptly if running low;
- Stuffing and unstuffing of import/export goods to/from the container;
- Handle month end stocktakes and inventory management;
- Manage online platforms (Shopee & Lazada);
- Ensure stock are well organised, up-to-date and accurate;
- Ensure delivery documents are correctly generated;
- Responsible for the daily housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of warehouse;
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior

**Job Requirements: -**
- Possess a forklift licence
- Basic computer skill required
- With knowledge and experiences on managing online platforms (Shopee & Lazada)
- A Team player, proactive and responsible
- Physically fit to carry heavy load (up to 20kg)
- Able to start work ASAP

Time/Shift: 5 Day Work Week with company benefits

Working day & hour: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm

Work location: Woodlands (nearest MRT station - Admiralty)

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- WSQ Operate Forklift (preferred)
