What You Will Achieve
In this Co-op/internship/temporary (select one) position, you will have the opportunity to be immersed in an assignment in which you will gain industry experience and help solve some of the biggest challenges we face today. With guidance from your mentor, you will understand the expectations of an employee in a professional setting and how to work independently, as well as within a team, to achieve your project goals. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values diverse thinking and encourages calculated risk taking.

The duration of a co-op assignment is typically six months and is almost always paid or has some type of academic credit. This is intended to be an alternative to a full-time classroom study by engaging in discipline-related employment where the work is considered productive to the employer and student.
How You Will Achieve It
- Collaborate closely with our automation engineering team to understand the requirements and design of process automation
- Perform various daily maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
- Participate in project platform upgrading and migration efforts
- Aid in the design, development and testing of automation processes and tools
- Manage own time and professional development, be accountable for own results and prioritize workflows.
- Identify and support process improvement activities.
**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, understand and forecast the impact
- Strong organizational skills, adaptable to change, open to new ideas
- Great team ethic, with an ability to operate both on own initiative and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, including verbal, written and graphical representation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of SQL will be considered a plus
