As the Service Excellence Ambassadors, you’ll be the face of our brand, engaging customers and actively contribute to our customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service, upholding quality standards, and assisting in a range of tasks during peak and non-peak hours.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Engagement**
- **Greet Customers**: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a smile and friendly demeanor, encouraging passersby to try our product offerings.
- **Assist with Orders**: Guide customers through menu options, provide recommendations based on preferences and dietary restrictions, and help with self-order kiosks and recommendation of mobile QR ordering for streamlined service.
- **Promote Upselling**: Use effective phrases to introduce new menu items, express products, and chef recommendations, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and driving sales.

**Customer Feedback**
- **Customer Interaction**: Take the opportunity to engage more closely with customers, gather feedback on new items, and offer samples to gauge interest.
- **Handle Customer Concerns**: Address questions or complaints professionally, resolving issues on the spot and escalating to the manager if necessary.
- **Google and Delivery Ratings**: Strive to achieve and maintain high Google Review and online delivery ratings to meet KPI targets.

**Quality Assurance**
- **Ensure Order Accuracy**: Confirm orders, check presentation and portioning at the packaging stage, and maintain high standards for customer satisfaction.
- **Assist in Queue Management**: Monitor and manage customer flow, directing guests efficiently to reduce wait times and optimize operations.
- **Quality Control**: Make recommendations to prevent food from drying out, and perform regular food tasting checks to uphold high food preparation and presentation standards.

**Operational Support**
- **Support Team Operations**: Work collaboratively with outlet staff’s without disrupting operations.
- **Stock Management**: Organize and manage delivered stock’s to maintain an efficient and tidy environment without hindering daily operations.
- **Product Availability**: Check that products featured on self-order kiosks and Mobile QR are consistently available.
- **Mobile QR Ordering Assistance**: Guide customers through QR ordering, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure counters, customer seating, and high-touch points like self-ordering kiosks and POS machines are clean
